For Business

Mental wellbeing is an investment, not an overhead.

Delivered through an accredited healthcare facility, not a marketplace of practitioners: a psychological support programme people actually use, that your company does not have to run, and on which it never sees a name.

How Tconsulta works. 2 minutes.
01

The problem is not awareness. It is access.

Almost every company we speak to already understands that mental health matters. The friction is elsewhere: between the moment someone recognises they are struggling and the moment they sit down with a professional, months pass, and everything you later read in the numbers happens in those months: absence, unproductive presence, turnover, mistakes.

A psychological support service works if it removes those months. Everything else is internal communications.

02

The numbers, with their sources attached

We quote few figures and we always say where they come from. That is the minimum you should expect from anyone selling a health service.

$1tn

The global annual cost of lost productivity from anxiety and depression.

WHO and ILO, Mental health at work: policy brief, 2022

12bn

Working days lost worldwide each year to depression and anxiety disorders.

WHO and ILO, Mental health at work: policy brief, 2022

4 : 1

Estimated return for every euro invested in treatment for common mental disorders, in recovered health and productivity.

03

How the programme works

Three levels, activated in order: prevent, promote, support. Each does something different and none works on its own.

Prevent

The cost of unmanaged distress does not show up in the accounts until it becomes absence, turnover or error. Prevention starts by giving people the tools to recognise stress, burnout and anxiety early, before they turn into something else.

  • Validated self-assessment tools, starting with the PGWBI
  • Training material on work-related stress
  • Aggregated, anonymous reporting for the company

Promote

The most accessible service in the world is useless if nobody feels entitled to use it. The hard part is not the platform: it is making it normal to talk about. Content, exercises and internal communication work on exactly that.

  • A library of articles, video exercises and courses
  • Six areas of mental wellbeing to explore
  • Internal campaigns to lower the threshold to asking

Support

Three free online consultations with Albo-registered psychologists, for anyone who needs them. Those who want to continue do so at a reduced rate, with the same professional. Nothing passes through the company, at any point.

  • Three free sessions per employee
  • Continuity of care at a reduced rate
  • Complete confidentiality towards the employer
04

What is included, in your case

This is usually where you find a banded price list. We do not have one, because that is not how the service is sold: two companies with the same headcount but different shifts, different languages and different problems get two different programmes.

Rather than describe that, we will show you. Answer below the way you would answer on a call, and watch the programme compose itself.

Drag it. There are no brackets: the programme adapts to the number you type, not to the box you fall into.

How most of them work

This sets the hours our psychologists need to be available.

The programme this produces

Added by what you told us

  • Availability outside office hours because you run shifts

Evening and weekend slots, because a service you can only book between nine and six effectively excludes everyone on nights.

  • Mobile access, no fixed desk needed because many of your people have no fixed desk

Booking and session from a phone, nothing to install, no need for a company computer that many of your people do not have.

  • Reporting by site because you are spread across sites

Aggregated data split by site or unit, so you can see where demand concentrates. Minimum aggregation thresholds stay in place, precisely so a small number never becomes a recognisable person.

  • Reading the turnover because turnover is one of your concerns

Aggregated data read alongside the exit indicators you already collect, to see whether and where distress runs ahead of resignations.

  • Work-related stress assessment because you flagged absence or a regulatory obligation

Structured measurement of the areas that generate absence and presenteeism, reported back to the company in aggregate.

  • A dedicated burnout track because you flagged workload

A specific strand on load, recovery and boundaries, with materials and sessions built for people already past the threshold rather than for people at risk of reaching it.

  • Post-reorganisation listening window because you are coming out of a reorganisation

Reinforced capacity in the months after the change, when demand rises and trust in the company is at its lowest.

  • Critical incident protocol because you need to be ready for a critical incident

Rapid activation after an accident, a bereavement or an assault: intervention with the group involved within contractually agreed timings, not negotiated case by case.

  • Documentation for certification because you have an obligation or certification to meet

Evidence, minutes and indicators in the format the certifying body wants, produced as you go rather than reconstructed the week before the audit.

  • Extension to household family because you want to cover family members too

Access extended to partners and children. It is often the single item that lifts usage most, because many people activate the service for someone at home before they do it for themselves.

  • A track for people who manage people because you want to involve line managers

Training and supervision for line managers: spotting a signal, holding a difficult conversation, knowing where to refer without improvising as a therapist.

  • Cover for contractors and agency staff because you are including external staff

Access for people who work with you without being employed by you. It needs one extra step on data processing, which we handle.

  • Psychologists in several languages because your workforce is multilingual

Matching by first language as well. A session held in the client’s second language is half a session, and that holds for the platform as much as for the professional.

  • Kickoff and launch campaign because you are starting from scratch

The first six weeks decide adoption for the next two years. If you are starting from scratch, the launch is designed with you rather than left to an email from HR.

  • Migration from your current supplier because you are replacing an existing supplier

The two coverages overlap during the handover, so people already in treatment are not left uncovered for weeks. That is where these switches usually do damage.

  • Grafted onto your existing scheme because you already have a benefits scheme running

The service sits alongside what you already run, behind a single entry point. No IT integration required on your side.

  • A named point of contact because past a hundred people you need a stable counterpart

One person who knows your configuration and does not make you start from the beginning with every request.

  • Phased activation because at this scale a simultaneous opening saturates the diaries

Opening progressively by group rather than to everyone on one day. At this scale a simultaneous opening saturates the diaries in week one and leaves a bad impression with exactly the people who tried first.

  • Governance and periodic review because a large population needs retuning over time

Recurring review sessions with HR to reread the aggregated data and retune the perimeter. Year two is not year one.

Always included, in every configuration
  • Delivered through an accredited healthcare facility

Services are delivered under an agreement with Fisioter Solemar S.r.l., accredited with the Lazio Region and authorised as a private specialist polyclinic. We are not a marketplace introducing practitioners to users, and that distinction matters in a tender and in an audit: there is a healthcare facility behind the service, not only a platform.

  • Albo-registered psychologists

Every professional is on the Albo with at least three years of clinical interviews behind them. No counsellors, no coaches: in Italy neither is a regulated profession.

  • Consultations included per person

Three each is the floor, free to the employee. How many above that floor is one of the first things we decide together, and it depends on everything above.

  • Confidentiality towards the employer

The company does not know who uses the service. Ever, in any configuration, and it is not a line item to be negotiated at contract stage.

  • Aggregated, anonymous reporting

How many people activated the service, how many consultations were delivered, which areas demand concentrates in. You decide the cadence.

  • Platform, assessments and library

Validated self-assessment starting from the PGWBI, plus a library of articles, video exercises and courses across six areas. Available to people who will never book a session too.

  • Internal communication materials

The most accessible service in the world is useless if nobody feels entitled to use it. The materials for telling people are always included.

This is not a quote and not a proposal. It is where the conversation starts: we write the final configuration together, and some items may change or drop after the first call.

What happens now?

We turn this configuration into a real proposal, with numbers in it. If you would rather talk it through first, we talk first: neither route commits you to anything.

05

What the company sees

This is the first question we get asked, and the answer is unambiguous: the company does not know who uses the service. Ever.

It receives aggregated, anonymous data: how many people activated the service, how many consultations were delivered, which areas the demand concentrates in. No names, no data traceable to an individual, no exceptions at management request.

Confidentiality is guaranteed by the informed consent signed at the start and by the professional obligations every Albo-registered psychologist is bound to.
